People have asked me why I continue to write about my experiences with corporate trauma and abuse even though it’s long in the past. They say it’s re-traumatizing and while that may be true, I feel, for me, right now, that by helping other people these stories become a good way to heal myself. Being of service to others is always good for the heart, soul, and mind. And so, I continue.
A long while ago, I found myself in a troubling situation rife with anger, accusations, and legal actions. The people involved were ruthless and overflowing with venom. I stood my ground, not just because it was the right thing to do, but because I refused to let them bully me into submission. It was only when two women, who were acquaintances at the time, reached out with advice that I began to feel truly supported. Each shared insights that profoundly impacted my life helping me to heal. It was their courage and integrity that helped me truly understand the lengths to which my oppressors would go to protect their image. Those two women became a part of my savior group.
It is through community that we grow. We become stronger as people, learning about our individual strengths and weaknesses, how we interact with others and our community, and perhaps most importantly, how we heal. Sometimes, though, speaking out against injustice or speaking up to support those who are being persecuted is difficult if not dangerous. Fear holds us back. We fear becoming victims ourselves. And while this is understandable it, unfortunately, allows the abusers to continue their reign without being held accountable.
So, the question then is, how do we heal from trauma and abuse either as a victim or as a bystander? The answer is that we find our own healing tools and, if necessary, trying different modalities until we discover a match. We can engage in several modalities; we’re not limited to just one or two. It’s about what works for however long it works.
My healing came through various systems, but my favorite has been sound and vibrational therapy. Both tuning forks and singing bowls have restored me completely changing the way I feel about my life and how I live it – fully and completely. This is now the work I do. I help other people to heal from trauma and abuse whether it’s corporate, personal, or situational.
What is sound therapy? Sound healing is an ancient practice that harnesses the power of sound and vibrations to assist in healing and relaxation. This holistic approach which works at the cellular level, incorporates various forms of sound to improve physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being and can restore balance and harmony as well as a healthy flow of energy.
Research indicates that sound healing can address a wide range of mental and physical conditions, including addiction, anxiety, depression, high blood pressure, chronic pain, and more. It is also shown to enhance mental clarity, strengthen the immune system, and elevate one's energetic field.
My life changed with this sound therapy and I’m confident it can help you to overcome your trauma whether corporate or personal. Visit me at www.Peaceful-EnergyHealing.com for more information.
