You’ve found yourself in a situation you never imagined. What once was an exciting and positive work experience has turned into a nightmare, leaving you questioning your sanity and feeling physically unwell. Even though leaving might seem like the best option, various factors can make that impossible, leaving you feeling trapped. As you search online, you discover countless others facing similar struggles.
I’ve been through this myself, so I understand the pain and anxiety. I found relief through sound vibration therapy, specifically tuning forks. They had a tremendous positive impact on my physical and mental health. The trauma and abuse I endured has diminished, enabling me to enjoy my life once more. I can do the same for you. Here’s how I can assist you in healing from workplace trauma.
By engaging in sound and vibrational therapy, you can alter your neural pathways. Altering neural pathways can have profound benefits for mental and emotional well-being. Advantages include improved ability to handle stress, promote mental health by reducing anxiety, depression and PTSD and can break the cycle . It can also create the desire to engage in healthier habits and behaviors which lead to more positive thinking leading to an overall wellbeing.
Committing to 30 minutes of tuning fork therapy once a week for three weeks, along with complementary practices you can do at home, will help shift your vibration and set you on your healing journey. Between sessions, you can participate in modalities you might already be familiar with like meditation, breathwork, and grounding. Once we’ve established this foundation, I can guide you on how to use tuning forks effectively, including which frequencies and brands to choose.
Additionally, if you don’t currently have a licensed mental health professional, I’m here to offer support. Having navigated the challenges of emotional and physical injuries of workplace trauma myself, I can share insights from my own experience and suggest various strategies that might be beneficial for you. Even if my personal approach isn’t a perfect fit, exploring different strategies can still offer hope and aid in rewiring your brain so you too can enjoy your life again.
